Project architect for the comprehensive renovation of 250 S. Wacker Drive, a mid-century office tower in Chicago's Loop. Gutted to the concrete frame with full hazardous material abatement including asbestos remediation. New composite metal and glass curtain wall and window wall systems replaced the original façade, with modernized elevator cabs, new lobby, and upgraded common areas throughout. Responsible for all construction documents, specifications, and construction administration.
